Welcome to my blog!

My name is Sarah and I am excited to share with you my journey to becoming an art teacher. I grew up in the Madison area in Wisconsin, but I am currently studying at UW-Stout. This is my second year in the art education program and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'm incredibly excited to start my practicum work with my cooperating teacher and gain even more experience in the field. I have had a few experiences in the past with teaching, including six summers of swimming lessons and a drawing class with the Boys and Girls club. I've always loved teaching, and I'm happy to be growing and improving as an instructor. I can't wait to see what this semester has in store for me!
